Our Focus since 1974: Protecting Man and Nature.
In factual terms, our company's history reads like this: Founded in 1968, MAFAC began with manufacturing belt sanders. Driven by the desire to create processes that are friendly to man and environment alike, we started producing systems for water-based industrial parts cleaning in 1974. The world's first compact machine with an integrated spray-flood system followed in 1992. Today we are technology leader in the field of water-based industrial parts cleaning and your competent partner for individual process solutions in all user industries.
All this is true. But it only tells part of the story. Because then as now, it is all about one thing: all about motion, in thought and in action. By taking what we have already achieved and adding something new to the tried and tested. From yesterday to today to tomorrow. Flowing, reliable. This also applies to the management of MAFAC: from the founder Ernst Schwarz to the next generation Joachim and Rainer Schwarz – to handing over the company in 2022 to the new managing directors Armand Oostendorp and Stefan Schaal.

Since April 2022, MAFAC has two new Owners.
Stefan Schaal
Joined the company in 2008. Initially as Development Engineer and Manager. From 2017 Member of the Executive Board, from 2019 Technical Director and since 2022 Managing Partner.
Armand Oostendorp
Joined the company in 2001. Initially in Technical RFQ Processing, from 2015 as Product Manager, from 2017 Member of the Management Board and since 2021 Managing Partner.
