High Purity – a Challenge for the entire Process Chain
What is the reason if the high cleanliness specification required for sensitive industries is not or no longer achieved? Surely the cleaning system, right?

Yes. It may be that maintenance or bath care is required, or that the filter configuration is not suitable. Or parameters such as temperature, time and pressure need to be readjusted for a new component. Another possibility: The cleaning system has simply not kept pace with the modern machinery and the high quality achieved in production.

And no. To achieve and maintain the high level of technical cleanliness required for electromobility, electronics, sensors, semiconductors, precision, medical or laser technology, the entire process chain must be considered.

Machining, component geometry, handling, logistics, material, quality control, environment: all these factors have an impact on cleanliness, both positive and negative. And the more demanding the specification, the more closely these factors must be examined, analyzed and optimized – individually and in combination – to achieve High Purity.

So, what is the best way to achieve this? As a joint project, in close dialogue with experienced cleaning experts and with the participation of all disciplines involved at the customer. With in-depth knowledge of the requirements of different industries gained in many challenging projects. And – last but not least – with the appropriate cleaning and drying technologies. The best way to find out exactly how much is needed is in direct exchange with an expert and get a personal consultation.
