Rapid start into the year
Busy with many campaigns and looking back on a good summary for 2017, MAFAC sets off into the new business year. To start the year off, a New Year's breakfast was held for all employees in which Managing Director Joachim Schwarz provided a review and an outlook. According to that, the last year has come to a pleasing conclusion: "Our order books are filled, which is ultimately due to the dedication and commitment of our employees," acknowledged Joachim Schwarz.
The growing interest in MAFAC cleaning machines has also been confirmed by the first trade fair participation of the year at EUROGUSS in Nuremberg: "The demand for our solutions was very high, which is why we expect a further boost in 2018," comments Marketing and Sales Manager Peter Ruoff. An advantage for the initiation of new business, however, is the renewed award of the CrefoZert credit rating seal of approval. The certificate of the credit rating agency Creditreform was presented to MAFAC at the beginning of January. It confirms the company's solidity and provides customers with a guarantee of MAFAC's financial reliability.
With the company's steady growth in mind, MAFAC continues to focus on strengthening its employer brand. "In view of the growing shortage of skilled workers, we cannot start introducing ourselves as an employer soon enough," adds Commercial Director and Authorised Representative Wilhelm Irion. On 24 January, for example, pupils had the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of the company when they spent one day at MAFAC as part of the Freudenstadt VHS programme “Youth Technology School". Experimenting with water, they got to know different phenomena and reactions of the element. They were also fascinated when they saw the machines in action.
Moreover, Joachim Schwarz announces several new features for the year 2018. The first and perhaps most obvious of these is the consistent conversion of machine colours to light green. The new colour appearance is intended to visualise the theme of "purity" and to strengthen the brand.
