MAFAC at the EUROGUSS in Nuremberg

At the start of the new year, MAFAC will be present a the EUROGUSS in Nuremberg from 16 to 18 January 2018  and will showcase a kit of effective technology modules for energy-efficient parts cleaning. In particular foundries, in whose production environment a lot of waste heat is generated, can use these to optimise their energy balance. Among these are the patented kinematic cleaning and drying process technology, the process for targeted cleaning and trying, the holding tank heating by means of the heat exchanger module MAFAC HEAT.X as well as the full heat insulation. What many people are not aware of: The latter is able to reduce energy consumption already by up to 29 per cent. “We will demonstrate the positive, lasting effect of our patented process technology to our fairgoers on the example of our spray cleaning machine MAFAC ELBA,” explains Peter Ruoff, Head of Sales and Marketing at MAFAC. The compact-design machine with two-bath technology has already stood the test many times in the production environment of foundries and offers a wide range of process and program variants. Thus, it is flexible in use and particularly well suited for pre- and post-treatment of metal cutting processes.

More information on energy efficiency in aqueous parts cleaning or on the MAFAC ELBA can be obtained in hall 7 at booth 842. We are looking forward to your visit!
