A toast to a strong partnership – Sales meeting at MAFAC's

Those were busy days at MAFAC's: Sales partners from more than 15 countries had accepted the machine manufacturer's invitation to come to Alpirsbach. For two days, they exchanged views on the latest developments at MAFAC and informed each other about the current market requirements in their countries. The event focussed on the company's versatile product portfolio.

In the full meeting or in individual groups, the participants discussed ideas about the further cultivation and penetration of their markets. They enjoyed the frankness shown by MAFAC and the amiable atmosphere within the group: "This honest, straightforward interaction with each other is the result of many years of relationship building by MAFAC; it allows us to discuss the challenges on the market openly with the other sales representatives," says sales partner Werner Madert from Gebr. Madert GmbH.

The energy efficiency of the MAFAC machines, proven in a number of test series, wowed the participants. Attributable to the kinematic principle of the patented MAFAC technology, it allows for savings of up to 20% compared to stationary systems. Even the standard versions are equipped with this feature. Combined with further energy efficiency measures which were likewise presented, up to 83% of energy can be saved. "This makes for absolutely convincing sales arguments," days Head of Sales Peter Ruoff.

Managing Director Rainer Schwarz bets on an intensive support of the partner companies: "We must give our sales partners profound training to enable them to conclusively present the benefits of our technology." He announced some plans which are  further proof for MAFAC's commitment to the partners and the Alpirsbach site: In a neighbouring factory building which is currently unused, MAFAC is going to build a new Customer Centre which will house the Technikum, training spaces, and all Customer Support departments, making room for additional production capacity in the existing buildings. Investments in a CNC machining centre, a second warehouse elevator etc. will further increase production depth and provide additional support for the business of the company.
