Reorganisation of the MAFAC sales structure in South-West Germany

MAFAC reorganised its sales structure in the Baden-Württemberg region. Now, Sascha Klos is the direct contact for the customers in the West, and Peter Küfner is the contact for customers in the East.

From his previous field service assignments, where he was responsible for safety inspections, Sascha Klos is highly familiar with the production environment and the concerns of medium-sized enterprises. In cooperation with his experienced team colleague Peter Küfner, who has been a key figure in the Baden-Württemberg sales organisations for the last ten years, Mr Klos intends to focus on giving the customers comprehensive advice in line with their individual requirements, and on reliably providing the machine technology that is tailored to their needs: "Fully in accordance with our quality assurance," he says.

With the reorganization of the Baden-Württemberg region, MAFAC has now created the basis for a more pronounced presence on the market: "Providing a closely interlinked sales support network in South-West Germany was particularly important to us, because this is where many of our existing and prospective customers are domiciled," Head of Sales Peter Ruoff declares. Based on its extensive experience, he says, the team of seasoned technical advisers was able to react fast to the customers' specific requirements; together, the two specialists would cover all parts cleaning questions the customers in the area may have.
