Transfer system MAFAC CONTINUO
The new transfer system is made up of modules from in-house production that can be integrated into the production environment in a flexible manner. At the same time, it is optimally tuned to the MAFAC parts washers and enables operation with up to five goods baskets or workpiece carriers in the loading and unloading area. MAFAC CONTINUO operates according to a flexible waiting queue principle and provides for reliable, unmanned transporting, buffering and separation of workpiece carriers with material to be cleaned. The system can be used across all sectors of industry and is particularly suited for areas with a high volume of parts.

Options to adapt to individual requirements
- Additional separation downstream of the feeding station
